Working package WP 1: Coordination

During the whole project period a centralized coordination of the joint project is crucial to effectively organise the collaboration between the project partners. Above all, the continuously agreement of content and organisation with different partners on Vietnamese side is a crucial element for the success of the implementation work within the joint project. Furthermore the tasks of WP 1 include the representation in front of the BMBF and the Project Management as well as the public relations activities, respectively.
